[Notice] Scheduled Power Outage on January 18, 2027
Please be advised that SONO MOON Nagoya will conduct an annual inspection of the hotel's electrical equipment on the following date and time.
■ Scheduled Power Outage
Monday, January 18, 2027, from 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m.
During the power outage, electrical facilities, including guest room lights and power outlets, elevators, and other electrical equipment, will be unavailable.
If the inspection is postponed due to weather conditions, it is scheduled to take place on Tuesday, January 19, 2027, from 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we carry out this inspection to maintain a safe environment for our guests.
[Security Alert] Caution Regarding Suspicious Booking Messages
Thank you for choosing SONO MOON Nagoya.
We have been informed by Temairazu, Inc., the provider of the "TEMAIRAZU" reservation management system used by our hotel, that unauthorized access to its system has been confirmed.
In connection with this incident, there have been reports of suspicious messages being sent to hotel guests, impersonating accommodation providers.
These messages may claim that a reservation has not been confirmed, that it will be canceled unless credit card information is updated, or that credit card details must be re-entered to verify payment. Guests may then be directed to external websites requesting their credit card information or other personal details.

If you receive any suspicious messages related to your hotel reservation, please take the following precautions:
Do not click on any URLs or links or open attachments included in suspicious messages.
Do not enter your credit card information, passwords, or other personal information.
Do not reply to suspicious messages.
Do not make any payments or transfers requested in these messages.
If you need to verify your reservation, please contact our hotel directly or use the official customer support channels of the booking platform through which you made your reservation.
If you have already entered your credit card information on a suspicious website, please contact your credit card issuer immediately.
■ Current Status
Temairazu, Inc. has informed us that it has implemented measures to address the cause of the unauthorized access and strengthened its security measures. The TEMAIRAZU system is currently operating normally.
Our hotel's reservation and accommodation services are also operating as usual.
